Candidate Terms
Last updated: August 2026
1. Parties
These Candidate Terms ("Terms") govern the recruitment relationship between FlexOS Software ("FlexOS Software", "we", "us") and any individual ("Candidate", "you") who submits an application or expression of interest through flexos-software.com/careers.
2. Application process
By submitting an application, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false or materially incomplete information is grounds for immediate disqualification or, if discovered after an offer is made, withdrawal of that offer.
Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment or a commitment to proceed to any subsequent stage of the process.
3. Confidentiality
During the recruitment process you may be exposed to non-public information about FlexOS Software's products, technology, clients, or strategy. You agree to keep all such information strictly confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
This obligation survives the conclusion of the recruitment process, whether or not an offer is made or accepted.
4. Intellectual property
Any code, designs, documents, or other materials you create specifically for FlexOS Software as part of the recruitment process are owned by FlexOS Software from the moment of creation. You waive any moral rights in such materials to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Visa and relocation
FlexOS Software intends to support successful candidates with UAE employment visa sponsorship and relocation assistance. The specific terms, timelines, and scope of such support are subject to UAE government approval and will be set out in the individual employment contract. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a guarantee of visa approval or relocation funding.
6. Equal opportunities
FlexOS Software is committed to equal-opportunity recruitment. We evaluate candidates solely on the basis of skills, experience, and cultural fit. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, nationality, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you submit your application is the version that applies to your application. Continued use of this site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
